It is best to take your supplements as follows:
Take your supplements as directed for at least 90 days (approximately every 90-120 days you replace 90% of the cells in your body). So although you may experience benefits earlier it is important to follow your protocol for 90-120 days.
Don’t run out or stop taking your supplements. Be sure to order in advance so this does not happen to you.
Most people feel best when taking their supplements with meals. The only exception is certain herbal formulas and homeopathics that advise taking them between meals.
Take as directed. With the patients in my office I can monitor and follow up on a following visit to see if they are compliant. You have access to physician distributed supplements through me via this website so in exchange you are to take the products as recommended by the manufacturer. I love seeing people’s lives change and their quality of life improve and you too can see these changes if you are committed and compliant as well.
Educate yourself on healthy lifestyle changes so you can support what your body is trying to do for you. Lifestyle changes would include exercise, reducing stress, healthy meal choices and wellness and preventative healthcare (such as chiropractic, acupuncture, massage and bodywork).
Read the Mind-Body Connection to increase your awareness. Some studies state that almost 90% of all diseases are emotional in nature. So understanding and releasing any negative or unwanted emotions stored in the body can certainly benefit us all.
Two of my favorite mind body connection books are: The Body Mind Workbook by Debbie Shapiro and Feelings Buried Alive Never Die by Karol K. Truman. Most of the excerpts in the mind body connection are derived from these sources. I have found these books to be extremely interesting and helpful throughout the years and recommend them highly if you would like to learn more.
